Touch Controller is not being detected on Displax Connect

There are many reasons why a touch controller may not be detected by a computer.

Ensure you double-check :

  • All the motherboard drivers are properly installed (Windows)

If the drivers related to the USB from the computer are not installed or they appear to be not properly installed on the Device Manager it may not allow Displax Skin to be detected

  • Are you using any kind of USB extension and/or HUB?

This kind of device may not be capable to handle the number of USB communications, and they may not be providing enough power to the Displax Skin.
