Brackets and Fixation Systems for DISPLAX Tile

DISPLAX does not supply brackets or fixation systems for DISPLAX Tile products.
However, selecting the correct mounting system is critical to ensure proper alignment, long-term stability, and ease of maintenance in videowall installations.

When selecting a bracket or fixation system for DISPLAX Tile, ensure it supports all of the following features:

  • Up / Down micro-adjustment

  • In / Out micro-adjustment

  • Tilting micro-adjustment

  • Pop-out capability

These adjustment features allow precise alignment in all directions, which is essential for achieving a seamless videowall with consistent bezels and uniform touch performance.

Why These Features Are Important

  • Micro-adjustments enable fine alignment between adjacent Tile units, reducing visible gaps or misalignment.

  • Pop-out functionality allows individual displays to be pulled forward for:

    • Maintenance

    • Replacement

    • Cable access
      without dismantling the entire videowall.

  • Proper alignment helps maintain:

    • Visual continuity

    • Touch accuracy across tiles

    • Long-term mechanical stability

⚠️ Poor mounting systems are a common cause of misalignment, touch inconsistencies, and difficult servicing.

Installation Best Practices

  • Use professional videowall-grade brackets, not standard TV mounts.

  • Ensure the wall or supporting structure is:

    • Rigid

    • Level

    • Capable of supporting the full weight of the videowall

  • Perform final alignment after all Tile units are installed, not individually.

Example of a Compatible Bracket System

One example of a suitable pop-out videowall mounting system is:

⚠️ Additional Technical Notes

  • Always verify load ratings per Tile unit.

  • Avoid mounts that flex or shift over time.

  • Ensure sufficient rear clearance for:

    • Airflow (Tile units have internal fans)

    • USB and power cabling
