HDMI and DisplayPort Input

HDMI

Although Tiles Pro's native resolution is 1080p, the HDMI1/HDMI2 Input Ports on the DISPLAX TILE Pro support a maximum resolution of 3840 × 2160 at 60Hz, delivering sharp visuals for a wide range of applications. Use HDMI 2.0 or higher cables to ensure consistent quality at 60Hz.
Additionally, the DP-OUT Port supports the output of signals received through the DisplayPort (DP) inputs. This enables seamless signal transmission to other connected devices or displays, making it an excellent choice for setups involving multiple screens.

DisplayPort

The DISPLAX Tile Pro supports DisplayPort 1.2 for both DP IN and DP OUT ports. These ports allow for high-resolution video transmission and daisy-chaining capabilities in professional setups.
Key Specifications:
  • Maximum Resolution: 3840x2160 (4K) at 60Hz.
  • DisplayPort 1.2 Standard: Ensures support for high bandwidth and efficient daisy-chaining in multi-screen setups.
  • DP IN: Receives the video signal from a source device such as a computer or media player.
  • DP OUT: Enables connection to additional Tile Pro displays for seamless video wall or extended display configurations.
Additional Notes:
  • The DP OUT functionality is particularly valuable for creating large-scale video walls without requiring separate video outputs for each display from the source device.
  • Ensure your source device and cabling are compatible with the DisplayPort 1.2 standard to take full advantage of the resolution and refresh rate capabilities.
