Lamination

Solution Mixture and Care

To laminate the touch sensor onto glass, you need to prepare a liquid solution (MIX).

The MIX is comprised of distilled or bottled water with 10% of Johnson's baby shampoo, i.e. for a spray bottle of 1000 ml, use 100 ml of Johnson's baby shampoo, and top up with distilled/bottled water.

Rippling may occur during delivery, but this will disappear during the lamination process.

Handle the touch sensor carefully to avoid creasing or tearing it.

Always lay the touch sensor flat on a soft, smooth, non-abrasive surface.
