Installing the Overlay kit requires minimal effort since it is to be secured to the display with its brackets and screws in minutes.

Depending on its size, each overlay can have a different number of mounting accessories.

Assemble the product in a clean, uncontaminated area to prevent dust or foreign material from getting between the Overlay and the LCD screen.

Before installation, inspect for any water droplets or foreign matter on the inner and outer side of the glass, and gently remove it with a soft cloth.

For a smooth overlay integration follow the steps below:

• Lay the PCAP Overlay Kit on top of a soft cloth or foam over the table

• Make sure the inside surface of the Overlay is properly clean using a mild cleaning solution and a soft, dry cloth (Recommended cloth: Vileda R-MicronQuick )

• Similarly, ensure no dust or particles are left on the LCD screen
  

• The following step should be carried out by two persons: Gently, place the Overlay on top of the LCD at a 45º angle. Start by placing the top part of the Overlay where the PCB is located (Touch Controller position)
  

Attention!  The touch controller should be placed on the top part of the LCD.

• Use the M3 screws to attach the top and bottom brackets provided, as well as the side brackets (if applicable). Ensure all M3 screws are properly secured in the brackets
  

• Connect the Ground Cable to the PCB and attach the other end to the LCD chassis
  

• Connect the USB cable to the mini USB port of the touch controller
  

The LCD is now touch-responsive and ready to use. Just plug the other end of the USB cable into the machine with the OS of your choice, including Web OS.
