Peeling-off the Touch Sensor Protective Layer


Prepare the wall to laminate the touch sensor.

Spray the wall with water to allow the touch sensor to adhere to the wall (Fig.5).

Pick up the touch sensor and apply it against the lamination wall with the protection layer facing the user. This layer is the one that has a label "QA APPROVED", identifying which layer to remove (Fig.6 and Fig.7).

Peel off the protective layer by pulling on the "QA APPROVED" label tab (Fig.8 and 9).

Wet your fingers and spray water while peeling off the protective layer to prevent fingerprints or marks on the sensor. It is important to pull back the protective liner close to the sensor, making sure the sensor doesn't lift away from the glass or substrate.
