The Touch Injection status defines whether the Touch Controller is actively processing touch signals. Understanding how the ON, STAND-BY, and OFF modes work ensures correct setup and avoids touch input issues.
When configuring the Touch Controller for the first time, make sure the Touch Injection status is set to ON before closing DISPLAX Connect.
🟠 By default, the controller ships with Touch Injection set to OFF.
If the controller is left OFF, touch signals will not be processed.
If Touch Injection was set to ON before closing DISPLAX Connect, it will switch to STAND-BY the next time the software is opened.
This is normal:
When DISPLAX Connect is open, touch is temporarily disabled (STAND-BY mode).
When you close the application, touch is automatically re-enabled (ON mode).
💡 STAND-BY only applies when DISPLAX Connect is running.
It allows you to adjust settings safely without triggering unwanted touch input.
If you prefer that the touch status does not change automatically when opening or closing DISPLAX Connect:
Toggle the Stand-by switch to OFF.
The controller will then remain in its current state (ON or OFF) at all times.
Keep DISPLAX Connect closed after completing configuration. Leaving it running may reduce touch responsiveness.
All settings are saved directly to the Touch Controller, so they remain even if you change or replace the computer.
