Touch Controller Information

At the top-left corner of the DISPLAX Connect interface, you’ll find essential information about the connected Touch Controller. This section helps identify, manage, and track each controller in your setup.


Information Displayed

  • Product Name – Identifies the connected DISPLAX touch controller model.

  • Firmware Version – Displays the current firmware running on the controller.

  • Serial Number – A unique identifier for the controller, used for support or tracking.

  • Label – A customizable field that allows you to assign a user-friendly name (e.g., “Main Kiosk” or “Left Display”) to easily recognize the device in DISPLAX Connect.

💡 Tip: Renaming the label is especially helpful when managing multiple controllers in complex installations.
