Update Touch Controller Firmware

Firmware Update

When a new firmware version becomes available for your DISPLAX Touch Controller, you’ll see an Update button next to the current firmware version inside DISPLAX Connect.
Updating the firmware ensures your controller is running with the latest improvements, compatibility updates, and performance enhancements.

How to Update the Firmware

  1. Open DISPLAX Connect.

  2. Locate the Firmware Version field in the Touch Controller Information area.

  3. When a new version is available, an Update button will appear next to the version number (internet connection required).

  4. Click Update to start the process.

  5. Wait until the update completes — do not disconnect cables or power off the device during this step.

  6. Once the upgrade is done, the controller will automatically restart and load the new firmware.

💡 Note: All user settings (Gain, Threshold, Shield, Calibration, etc.) remain saved after the firmware upgrade.
