Default Installation Location — Windows

When DISPLAX Connect 4.0.0 is installed on a Windows computer, the DISPLAX Service component is placed in the following default directory:


C:\Program Files\DISPLAX\Service\bin

This location is useful when troubleshooting network discovery, remote configuration (DISPLAX Cast), or when accessing the service manually via a Command Prompt.

Previous versions of DISPLAX Connect has DISPLAX Service located here:

C:\Program Files\DISPLAX\Service
