After achieving optimal touch performance and completing calibration, you may notice a touch accuracy offset—where the physical touch position does not match the location shown on the display.
This issue is usually caused by display scaling or resolution mismatches, not by the touch sensor itself. Follow the steps below to correct it.
Display scaling applied at the graphics card level can shift touch coordinates.
Open NVIDIA Control Panel
Go to Display → Adjust desktop size and position
Set Scaling to No scaling
Click Apply
Ensure Windows is using consistent resolution and refresh rate values.
1. Right-click on the desktop and select Display settings
3. Confirm that Desktop mode and Active signal mode show the same resolution and refresh rate:
Select List All Modes
Test touch accuracy again
If a small offset remains, perform a new calibration in DISPLAX Connect
Touch accuracy offset issues are almost always related to GPU scaling or Windows display mode mismatches. Ensuring 1:1 scaling and matching display modes will restore accurate touch alignment.
