How to remove remaining water after lamination

After completing the three squeegee passes during lamination, you must gently remove any remaining MIX solution or surface moisture from the glass and sensor surface.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Use a clean, dry, lint-free cotton cloth (e.g., Vileda Microfiber or similar)

  2. Gently wipe the top surface of the sensor and the surrounding glass

  3. Do not apply pressure — the sensor is still settling

  4. Avoid wiping the adhesive edges or trying to lift the foil

⚠️ Do not use paper towels or abrasive cloths, as they may scratch or leave fibers on the sensor surface.
